Here is a cgi I wrote to do gear ratio calculations. You can use it to try out different rear end gears and tire sizes. Note that there are four ways of entering the tire size. Be sure to check the radio box next to the method you want to use.

This table shows the specs for my 2025 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing which has the Tremec TR6060 six speed manual transmission (RPO MJK) and 3.73 gears (RPO GT4):
